Abstract: 
The goal of this winter school is to give an introduction to numerical modelingof multiphysics problems. These are nonstationary, nonlinear, coupled partialdifferential equations. The philosophy of this school is to provide a mixture of very basic techniques that are immediately applied to `complicated' practical and/or current research problems.
