publish-Ing. ist eine digitale Plattform für die aufwandsarme open access Veröffentlichung wissenschaftlicher Fachartikel im Bereich der Ingenieurswissenschaft. Zur Sicherung einer hohen fachlichen Qualität durchlaufen alle veröffentlichten Beiträge einen standardisierten und transparenten Peer-Review-Prozess einer festgelegten „Reviewer Community“, welche aus anerkannten Hochschulinstituten der jeweiligen Fachdisziplin besteht. publish-Ing. verfolgt das Ziel, das wissenschaftliche Publizieren in das digitale Zeitalter zu führen und verzichtet folglich auf gedruckte Journals mit festen Deadlines, unpassenden Themenbeschränkungen und ausgeschöpften Journalkapazitäten. Alle Beiträge können ganzjährig auf der digitalen Plattform hochgeladen werden. Nach einer kurzen Durchlaufzeit im Reviewprozess werden die Beiträge durch die Technische Informationsbibliothek Hannover (TIB) open access veröffentlicht (inkl. DOI) und stehen damit weltweit und dauerhaft kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Gleichzeitig werden die Paper auf der Homepage von publish-Ing. eingebunden, auf welcher eine umfangreiche Filterlogik dabei unterstützt, einfach und transparent relevante Beiträge zu einer Thematik zu finden.
