The esters o f p-coumaric, ferulic and caffeic acid with malic acid were isolated from leaves, the ester o f sinapic acid with malic acid from cotyledons o f Raphanus sativus plants via preparative HPLC. The esters were identified by hydrolyses and following capillary GC, by H-NMR and FAB-MS.
