To increas the overall efficiency of photovoltaic systems, such as solar cells or modules, different laser surface treatments have been adopted. In this article laser processing is applied to reduce the reflectivity on silicon solar cells, to reduce structure sizes for patterning processes applied for thin film solar modules, and to improve the opto-
electrical properties of front-contact cathodes for thin-film solar modules. |
