dc.description.abstract The frequency dependence of the longitudinal conductivity σxx for frequencies up to 6 GHz was measured. It was possible to access both the real part and the imaginary part of σxx which allowed to perform a new test of scaling behavior. Using the theory of Polyakov and Shklovskii on variable-range hopping in the QHE, the localization length was deduced. eng
